My work is deeply inspired by the beauty and harmony of nature, with a particular focus on lily pads and the traditional Korean art of Minhwa at this time. Minhwa allows me to incorporate the symbolic richness of Korean folklore. I aim to evoke a sense of peace and connection to the natural world. My paintings invite viewers to pause and reflect on the beauty that surrounds us, celebrating the simplicity of nature. The process of blooming is both exciting and gradual—a mix of growth, learning, and discovery. We're not fully bloomed yet, but we're revealing more of our potential with every step.
